This year is Fashion Rocks’s fifth anniversary – and organizers have assembled a glittering roster of performers to mark the occasion.

Some of the singers that will take the stage at the September 5 concert at New York’s Radio City Hall are Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake and Mariah Carey . Officially the beginning to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, the star-studded event will also feature celebrity presenters to be announced at a later date.

Also Rihanna, Fergie , Chris Brown , Lil Wayne and Duffy will take the stage together with Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake and Mariah Carey.

The event benefit will be Stand Up to Cancer and will also be recorded and broadcast on CBS on Sept. 9 (9 p.m. ET).
