Reports of a romance between LINDSAY LOHAN and her best friend SAMANTHA RONSON have hit fever pitch following the publication of a reported BlackBerry message.
According to a close source, Lohan received a text message from DJ Ronson on her 22nd birthday (02Jul08) congratulating the Mean Girls star on their “four-month anniversary”.
The insider, who saw the message tells Life + Style magazine, “Lindsay left a message from Samantha up on her BlackBerry all day.
“It said, `I love you, honey. Happy four-month anniversary!’ They are madly in love.”
Reports suggesting Lohan and Ronson were more than just friends began circulating after the couple was spotted kissing and cuddling during a party at the Cannes Film Festival in France in May (08).
Since then, the pair has been inseparable.
The couple reportedly exchanged matching Cartier `Love’ bracelets on Lohan’s birthday.
